Howdy friends and neighbors. time for my annual post to this blog, and also time for the final installment of the Mother Road 100 ultra marathon on Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma. I am approaching my training with a new enthusiasm which i hope will carry me to the 100 mile finish line. As you may recall, in the 2008 race i only made it to mile 42, and in the inagural race in 2006 i completed the entire 100 miles.
